Anabel's Devotional

Anabel

About a month ago, Anabel’s devotional, “Everyday Grace,” began to deliver irregularly to subscribers. I’m sorry for the inconvenience.

This failure to deliver is not connected to the recent work on lifetime.org and prestongillham.com. Why this is occurring is, to quote our web guy, “Confusing.” He will get it figured out, and when he does, the devotional will/should start delivering to you as you subscribed for it to.

Meanwhile, you might pray for the web people working on this. For whatever reason, our enemy from the dark side consistently attacks via Lifetime-PHG’s technology. It is simply uncanny how this occurs.

Take Anabel’s devotional as an example: Once the web folks get to the bottom of the problem, they will figure out what needs doing. But how is it that an algorithm breaks that has worked beautifully for years? How is it that coding that hasn’t been modified quits working? Most confusing, how is it that a digital file degrades progressively to lesser and lesser delivery rates and to varying groups of people?

It makes sense that our ability to deliver ministry would be targeted by the enemy. After all, we are dealing in the Gospel applied which is his worst nightmare. I must admit, this petty nastiness gets really old. This is one reason your intercessory prayer is important. I can count on important spiritual phone calls dropping. It is crazy uploading a new book for publication. We regularly hear from Amazon/Kindle Customer Service, “We’ve never had this problem happen before.”

Like I said, we will get the devotional delivery issue figured out, but when you think about it, I encourage you to pray for the web folks. Our heavenly Father knows and will superintend the remedies.
